Customer Service communicated very well and answered any emails I sent over. When we received the dress, the material is of good quality and the the workmanship is Superb! When my daughter tried it on, it fit like a glove!! We couldn’t be more happy with our order! We definitely plan on ordering with ericgown again in the near future!
